Jada Armstrong Senior Class 2020 Historian

Mark Shadid, Spring 2020 Staff Reporter

Jada Armstrong is just one of the many seniors at Glen Burnie High School destined to do great things in life. She cherished every moment at GBHS.

“My favorite memory at GBHS was our first ever homecoming outside and the friendships that I made,” Armstrong said.

She was proud of everything she accomplished while in high school, she was class Historian of 2020, football manager, and took all honors classes throughout high school.

Though COVID-19 is affecting all seniors in high school, Jada is not letting it get the best of her senior year. She plans on celebrating graduation by attending the virtual graduation provided by GBHS this week, and decorating her house.

She attributes GBHS having taught her that there is nothing more rewarding than pushing yourself to be great. Jada shared her wisdom by stating: “My advice for the class of 2021 is to make every moment memorable because you won’t get it back and enjoy your senior year.”

Jada’s plan in the future is to go to AACC for a year and then transfer to either McDaniel College or Texas A&M University to finish off the rest of her college career. Lastly, Jada wants to thank GBHS for all the memorable moments she will keep forever.
